1. Open to Activate Heating
2. Peel off Patch Backing
3. Place on Clothing and Feel Relief

Single Use Only. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat as this could cause heat patch to catch fire.

Do not Use:
· In conjunction with any other source of heat
· With pain rubs, medicated creams or ointments
· On unhealthy, desensitised, or broken skin
· If heat patch is leaking, damaged, or torn
· While sleeping
· On children, infants, eldery, or people who are unable to remove the heat patch on their own
· Poeple with diabetes frostbite, scars, open wounds or circulatory problems should consult a doctor before use

· Keep out of reach of children and pets
· Do not apply heat path directly on skin as this may increase the risk of burns
· Discontinue use if discomfort or irratation occurs
· Do not puncture heat patch as contents may be dangerous
· If contents come into contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughtly with clean water
· If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and contact poison control centre immediately
